This is the second time I have used Chris Appliance Company. The first time it was my refrigerator and he
gave me an honest and upfront quote and suggestion not to put that kind of money into a used refrigerator.
The second time Maurice repaired my dryer and replaced my vent hose and at a very reasonable price I might
add.

My Kenmore washer broke down in mid-cycle, I called Chris Appliance Company. I spoke
with Maurice. Maurice was at my house in less then 2 hours. He was very professional and immediatley found the
problem within a few minutes. He had the part on the truck. He didn't try to sell me anything (which I really
appreciate). After repairs he tested the machine to make sure it works like it is suppose to and left the work area
clean. These guys know what they are doing. Thanks Sooo Much!!!

I just wanted to let people know how this company went out of their way to help us out. We live in La Grange, TN
and NO one else would service our appliance. I had called every company nearby that I could find and some my
relatives told me about. But, none would service our Front Load Washer. I really needed my washer - my husband and
son work in construction - so you can imagine how the clothes pile up.
Anyway, I called Chris Appliance Company and told him my situation. He was very nice and professional and told
me he doesn't usually go that far. But, he would help me out and he did. The technician was extremely mannerably
and made two trips with NO EXTRA charge to repair our washer. I can't begin to thank him enough for being so
considerate and driving that far just to help us out. I will recommend them to everybody I know. Thanks Again, for
your help and how nice and professional you were. You guys are the Best!

This is the second time that I have used Chris Appliance Company and I had to write about their Excellent
Service. The technician that came to my home was VERY courteous and professional (and believe it or not he was
ACTUALLY ON TIME).
As their company states, he diagnose the problem and gave me a flat rate on the repairs (which were a lot
cheaper than I expected). He repaired my the dryer the first time and then my Maytag Washer. He had to order the
part, but he rushed the order and we had it repaired in 3 days. I just wanted to say I HIGHLY recommend these guys
- they are top notch.

I called several places to get a feel of what companies are charging and could not get a straight answer. I read
about Chris Appliance Co Service and gave them a call. Not only did the give me a price, they were very friendly,
polite and helpful. I scheduled an appointment, and on time, they showed up and fixed the washer. He explained what
was wrong, lid switch, replaced the part, and was simply a pleasure to do business with.
On Time, Friendly, Polite and Charged A Fair Price.

I called Chris Appliance Co, and they fixed my Maytag machine. They took their time and found the problem, a
coin inside the dryer vent. No parts, gave me a disount and checked out the whole machine. I highly recommend them.
We need more smalll business comapnies like them.

Chris' Washer & Dryer Repair were knowledgable and very helpful. They attempted to help me over the phone (vs.
the other places I called that immediately wanted to charge me a service fee) and were extremely helpful in
determining the problem with my dryer over the phone. Here is an honest service with high integrity - I highly
recommend them!

I can not praise Chris Appliance Service enough. Calling around and trying to get a straight answer on what is
charged and what could be wrong was nearly impossible. I found Chris here after doing a Google Search. Spoke with
Chris, an he was at our house the same day. The price he quoted is exactly what he charged, he was clean, polite
and respectful of our home. We are so glad there are companies like this still around.

Repair person was on time, honest and very quick. I felt very comfortable with the level of service and
explanation he provided. He was in and out in 30 - 45 minutes and the refrig is working perfectly. Thanks for

Oven Repair - First Rate

Control Board on Built-in Oven Repair
We called Chris Appliance because we were having an issue with our whirlpool built-in wall oven. After calling
Whirlpool and asking them why the digital display would only last four years they told us that their might be a
recall, but then assured us that our model didn’t have the ‘problem” Ugh. Chris Appliance was extremely prompt with
the call back to set up an appointment. When the service tech was on their way, they gave us a call to let us know
they were enroute and would arrive within 20 to 30 minutes.
Maurice was very courteous and friendly. He had to get our control board from a local appliance store and
returned the next day to repair it. He tested the appliance before leaving and showed us that it was working
properly.
I called the company the next day to let them know it was a pleasure to do business with them and how
professional, courteous, and friendly Maurice was. I will definitely do business with them again.

Kenmore Washer Repair - Fast Service

Very pleased. Nice, friendly young man, local repairman. Sears Kenmore washer quit yesterday, was able to
get him out this morning to fix it. Sears apptmts were almost a week out. Lowes (refrig from Lowes was getting too
warm) took more than 2 hrs on the phone over a couple of days & I NEVER spoke to a human.
Never could get that far in the phone calls with Lowes to set up repair. Chris took the temp of refrig &
bottom freezer with a temperature gun, said temp ok now, but watch it over wkend & look for frost build-up
& call him back Monday if temp still getting too warm or fluctuating too much or notice more frost. Chris wrote
down model number of Maytag refrig in case he needs to replace the defroster part.
Got washer running again less than 24 hours after it quit in middle of a wash, leaving a tub
full of laundry & soapy water. Will call him again, not spend hrs & days trying to call Sears or Lowes.
